Best lunch i've had in quite a while here in Gero. Manager still believes in going out of their way for the customer - a fading commodity in Aussie service industry, so very encouraged by this nifty cafe. Will be back with my mates soon.

Omg I had the Thai beef Salad here today and it was AMAZING. I can’t say I’ve ever been disappointed with a single meal I’ve had at FlowVitality and I simply love the shop and all the products for sale. PS the Dahl is also delicious.
